The Soul Reset

60 mins reset

A little luxury. A deep exhale. An hour that belongs entirely to you.

Imagine sinking into a cozy, heated bed as soft ambient lighting, candlelight and the soothing sound of ocean waves welcome you into stillness. A gentle aroma of your choice fills the space, and for once, there is nowhere else you need to be.

Our ASMR-inspired Soul Reset is a sensory experience centred around slow, gentle touch. Delicate hair play, soothing scalp attention and light back scratching create a comforting rhythm, followed by the warmth of a soft towel. If you wish, gentle affirmations can be woven into your session—or you can simply enjoy the quiet and let yourself unwind.

Every detail invites you to feel cared for, comfortable and completely unhurried.

For those who spend their days working, parenting, planning and caring for everyone else, the appeal is simple: you get to receive. No decisions to make, no conversation to keep up with, no need to be productive. Just a peaceful space to rest and enjoy the often-forgotten luxury of being looked after.

Come for the gentle touch. Stay for the stillness. Leave with that lovely feeling of having made time for yourself. 🤍

This time is meant for you.
